The extreme heat has created large cracks in the ground, and we are now also facing increased traffic and ongoing roadworks around Sandwich, making it more difficult for some customers to arrive on time for their sessions.
Please do take a moment to read this page before travelling, so you can be well prepared and allow a little extra time for your journey.
We genuinely cannot thank you enough for bearing with us through this difficult period. The combination of the weather and roadworks has certainly made life challenging, but we are incredibly grateful for your continued support and understanding. ❤️

We recommend setting off a little earlier than usual to ensure you arrive in good time for your session.

⚠️ IMPORTANT WEATHER WARNING ⚠️
Due to the ongoing hot weather, we are experiencing major issues with large cracks appearing in the ground around the park.
We have been doing everything we can to fill and cover them, but honestly, it has become a bit of a game of whack-a-mole — we fill one, and another seems to appear! 😩
If you have a booking with us this week, please take extra care when using the park and keep an eye on where you and your dogs are walking.
If you would prefer to reschedule or cancel your booking, we completely understand. Just get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
The path remains available and the pool is unaffected, so you can still enjoy those areas as normal.
We are painfully aware of the situation and are working constantly to try and stay on top of it. Unfortunately, the relentlessness and severity of this heat means that the ground is currently drying and cracking faster than we can keep up with.
Your safety and the wellbeing of your dogs is our priority. ❤️🐾

Whether your four-legged friend wants to zoom, sniff, splash, roll in the grass, or proudly show off the world’s stickiest tennis ball, you’ve found the perfect place.
So unclip the lead, let the tails wag, and enjoy some safe, stress-free fun. We hope you and your furry best friend have a paw-some time at White Mill Dog Park!
Summer is here!
☀️ Summer has arrived…
It’s already been a scorcher, so we’ve been busy at White Mill Dog Park getting everything ready for our four-legged visitors.
🏊 The pool is back! It’s bigger than last year, has improved fencing, and is ready for plenty of splashing, paddling, zooming, and the occasional dramatic belly flop. Every booking has access to it!
🌅 More cool-time sessions. We’ve extended our opening hours with earlier morning and later evening slots, so your pups can enjoy the park when the sun is having a rest.
🌳 More shade. We’ve added extra shaded areas around the park, perfect for those all-important “I’ve chased the ball three times and now need a lie down” moments.
❤️ We know that on really hot days, your dog’s wellbeing comes first. Ours do too, and we’d much rather see a happy, cool dog another day than one struggling in the heat.
If you need to cancel or move your booking because it’s simply too warm, that’s absolutely fine. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible—our terms ask for at least 12 hours where you can.

Pool Fun
Dogs in the pool with a splish and a splash,
Creating a watery, tail-wagging dash.
One’s chasing bubbles, one’s stealing a ball,
One’s barking, “I’m winning!” (though slipping and all!)
They paddle, they zoom, they soak every friend,
With soggy adventures that never quite end.
A pool full of pups is the best kind of sight—
Wet noses, wagging tails, and pure doggy delight!

Failure to comply with the park rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban from White Mill Dog Park. There will be no warnings or second chances.

How it works….
Make your booking
Find a time and date that is available and book. Make sure you enter your email and phone number carefully, you will need these later on.
You should receive a confirmation email after you book and a reminder closer to the time. Do check your junk folder in case.
Drive to the dog park
Please head to the dog park on time, do not arrive early. We may have reactive dogs in the park that need space.
If you arrive early unintentionally, please do not park in front of the gate. Wait in the lay by until it is your time.
Use the code to enter
An hour before your session you should receive a text message with the code, however, sometimes that may not happen.
Please do not worry if you do not get the code. If you have not received it an hour before the session text or call 07975747393 or 07791892964.
There are also, three phone numbers on the gate, simply call one and we will be delighted to help you.
Have a wonderful time
We hope that you have a truly wonderful time. Speaking of time, you will have 50 minutes to cram in as much as possible.
Do keep an eye on the time, please be considerate to those coming in after you.
There are also biscuits and dog treats to keep you going.
Head off on time and please lock the gate behind you.
The Most Important Bit
We feel incredibly lucky to have such kind and thoughtful customers, and we really want to keep that lovely atmosphere going.
All we ask is that everyone treats the park — and each other — with respect. Please pick up after your dogs, leave the space tidy, be mindful of your time slot, and think of the next person using the field.
If that doesn’t feel like the right fit, the park might not be for you. And just to be clear, we do reserve the right to ban anyone who repeatedly leaves the place in a mess or ignores the terms on our site.
We don’t expect perfection — everyone slips up now and then — and we definitely don’t run the park with a heavy hand. We simply appreciate kindness, consideration, and a bit of shared responsibility.

Try the NEW dog house
We have recently created a new dog house for your dogs to explore.
Located at the top end of the park, it also feature a much bigger sandpit.
It will be ideal for the winter and shady in the summer, when we will have the pool back as well.
We hope your dogs love it….
