🐶 How many dogs are allowed?

We don’t have a limit on the number of dogs – only on the number of cars. Due to our parking facilities, we can accommodate a maximum of three vehicles per booking.

Bring as many dogs and people as you like – we want everyone to have the best time possible! We simply ask that all visitors follow the park rules. Failure to do so may result in a ban from the park.

🔒 Is the park secure?

Yes. The park is fully enclosed with fencing that is just under six feet high, and there’s a double-gated entrance to ensure you and your dogs can enter safely and securely.

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

💦 Do you have a pool?

Yes – during the summer months!

Use of the pool is included with every booking. We simply ask that you:

  • Remove any toys from the pool before you leave.

  • Close the gate to the pool area when you’ve finished.

For everyone’s benefit, CCTV monitors the pool area to help prevent misuse

🔑 When do we receive the gate code?

Your gate access code will be sent to you by text message one hour before your booking.

If you haven’t received it, don’t worry. There are three contact numbers displayed at the entrance—just give one of them a call and we’ll provide the code.

📅 What if I need to change my booking?

Your booking confirmation email includes a link that allows you to reschedule or cancel your booking.

Changes can be made at any time up until 12 hours before your session. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes within 12 hours of your booking.

⏰ What happens if we arrive early?

If you arrive before your session starts, please wait in the designated waiting area.

Please do not drive up to the entrance gate to wait, as the previous visitors may have reactive or nervous dogs leaving the park. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe and comfortable.
